Rosenblatt Advisors is a full-service financial services firm based in Castro Valley, California founded by Jay Rosenblatt. In 1973, Jay and his father, Abe, built a family tax practice in their hometown in New York. After 15 years, Jay and his family moved to California. There, he saw that many members of his new community were hardworking families who weren’t sure how to invest their money or strategically preserve it for retirement. Instead of continuing the tax practice, Jay saw a need for wealth management and retirement planning. With the goal of working closely with people and helping them create their own personalized financial strategies, he opened his own financial services firm in 1988.
